nonexistent pressure rude staff
The room was spacious and clean. I cannot complain.
The water pressure in the shower was basically nonexistent (a major inconvenience). A staff member was rude when I called about it. She said she was 'not a plumber,' which I found VERY unprofessional. They did send plumbers, but they couldn't fix it, honestly.
